Overview:

"GLOBAL NEWSPAPER: THE COLLAPSE IS REAL!" is a short promotional film created by the Brazilian record label 30PRAUM. It serves as a fictional satirical news broadcast released on YouTube to introduce the highly anticipated collaborative studio album COLAPSO GLOBAL (2026) by trap stars Teto and WIU.Directed as a mockumentary news flash, the short film features a news anchor announcing a catastrophic drop in the global GDP. The cause is not war or a pandemic, but a general strike: millions of people worldwide completely stopped working and studying just to wait for Teto and WIU's unreleased album. The video cleverly addresses internet critics and real-world hype. It set the stage for their 11-track musical project, which famously blends trap music with house, jazz, and bossa nova elements.
