Mattie McClane

Authors: Mattie McClane
Print type: BOOK

Description:

"An elderly priest shares a turbulent youth with a woman who would become a candidate for sainthood. In this deeply Catholic tale, Mattie McClane (Kristine A. Kaiser) examines attitudes about faith, social justice, and poverty in a short novel. She probes the question of secular vs. sacred goodness, contending that benevolent forces are often opposed in the modern world." -- from back cover.
