Description:

With its cast of furry puppets (seriously), its shockingly un-PC lyrics and its hilarious upending of children's TV, Avenue Q took Broadway by storm. And now it's taking London in exactly the same way, with its cast of both humans and weird furry fellers/felleresses drinking, swearing and ennui-ing their way into the heart of the West End. Opened to rave reviews on June 28th at the Noel Coward theatre, Avenue Q is here to stay - and here's the book to stay with it! In addition to the complete Tony Award-winning book and songs (perfect for everyone who can't get enough of the lyrics to "It Sucks To Be Me"), Avenue Q is rammed full of all kinds of furry lunacy: interviews with cast, creatures and crew; puzzles, connect-the-dots and other 'educational activities' (can you see the tongue ensconced firmly in the cheek?) to prepare readers for life after college; and hundreds of gorgeous full-colour photographs. Irreverent, colourful and absolutely mad, this is the companion book to the off-the-wall hit of the year.
